Our staff team is made up of experienced, ministry-minded leaders serving across the United States. We come alongside youth leaders by encouraging prayer, building relationships, sharing resources, and modeling Christ-centered leadership—so more communities are reached and more students follow Jesus.

Our staff leads the day-to-day work of NNYM, translating vision into strategy and action. Guided by a commitment to excellence and stewardship, we work collaboratively to ensure youth leaders are seen, supported, and positioned to thrive.

I attend Laurelwood Baptist Church in Vancouver, WA, where I served as a youth ministry intern from 2005-2007 and as Youth Pastor from 2007-2017. I'm thankful I was able to pass the leadership of our church to a young man I mentored for over four years. Though I'm no longer a Youth Pastor, I love connecting with other youth leaders, mentoring, and encouraging them as we seek to impact students and communities for Christ.
