Robert Norton brings decades of experience in youth ministry across multi-site churches, parachurch organizations, and both urban and rural communities.
As a Certified SonLife Trainer, Robert equips youth workers locally and regionallyto follow Christ's model of life and ministry, helping them lead with purpose and impact.
Passionate about disciple-making evangelism, he partners with local and state leaders to train and empower ministry leaders to reach students in meaningful, transformative ways.
Known as a collaboration catalyst, Robert connects and mobilizes church leaders, fostering networks that strengthen communities and expand the reach of youth ministry.
