Become a Key Leader

Key Leaders are volunteer catalysts who extend the mission of NNYM at the local level. They serve youth leaders by building relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating spaces where leaders feel supported, connected, and encouraged.
Whether coordinating a local network or championing a specific ministry focus, Key Leaders play a vital role in helping ministries work together and ensuring no leader serves alone.
This role is ideal for those who are passionate about developing others, connecting people, and seeing the Church work together to reach every student.
