Phil and Anna have served God together in youth ministry since they were in high school themselves! They have a passion to see kids give their lives to Christ and know that it takes teamwork from parents, youth leaders and other godly adults to keep students growing in their faith during and after their teenage years. They believe the key to this is cultivating youth leaders who have a clear life call to disciple teenagers. To accomplish this, they need a strong team to invest via prayers and giving.
As a Pacific Northwest Region team leader, Phil Ball recruits, trains and coaches network leaders who mobilize their churches, students and communities to reach teenagers for Jesus Christ.

Building networks that overcome differences is no easy task. It takes prayer, resources, time and trust built through relationships. Our dream is to have nearly 4,000 networks, with a network within reach of every youth worker. Currently there are over 600 networks in the United States, which is a good start...yet we've only just begun.
