Special Counsel
Daryl and Donna Nuss have been investing their lives in winning, building, and sending young people for Jesus Christ for more than 45 years. They have worked with students and adults in the USA and internationally. Highlights of their youth ministry background include:
Daryl and Donna served the first 20 years of their career in direct youth ministry or national leadership with the high school ministry of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ).
In 1992, Daryl and Donna moved their family to Moscow Russia to launch Cru's ministry to youth and schools in Russia.
After returning to the USA in 1995, they continued to invest in international youth ministry by leading annual mission trips to Russia and serving various short term mission efforts.
In 2001, Daryl connected to NNYM by serving as the International Coordinator and founder of the Youth Missions Network.
In 2007, Daryl began serving as NNYM's Chief Ministries Officer. He was asked to assume the Executive Director/CEO role in 2011.
In 2019, Dary stepped into the role of Special Counsel for NNYM's new Executive Director/CEO after an eighteen-month transition process
Daryl and Donna continue to have a passion to see the Lord use their gifts and energy to help shape the course of nations by connecting resources, people, and partnerships to empower effective transformational youth ministry.
Daryl and Donna have been married for more than 45 years, and have two adult sons (married) and a wonderful grandson.
