HELPING YOUTH LEADERS THRIVE ACROSS CINCINNATI

Connecting, encouraging, and equipping the people who serve the next generation.

For more than 22 years, I have had the privilege of serving as a student pastor in the Cincinnati area. During that time, one of the clearest lessons God has taught me is that youth ministry is stronger when leaders are connected, encouraged, and working together.

Some of the most meaningful parts of my ministry have come through developing and mentoring leaders from across the city. Through relationships with local youth pastors, citywide worship gatherings with UNTD, and collaborative ministry through Rush Camp, I have seen what can happen when churches choose partnership rather than isolation. Leaders are strengthened, ministries become healthier, and more students are given the opportunity to know and follow Jesus.

INVESTING IN THE LEADERS WHO INVEST IN STUDENTS

That conviction is at the heart of my role as Cincinnati Coordinator with the National Network of Youth Ministries. My work is focused on helping youth leaders build deeper relationships with God and with one another.

I will invest personally in leaders, strengthen local networks, create opportunities for training and collaboration, and help ministries share ideas, resources, and encouragement.

Youth ministry is deeply meaningful, but it can also be lonely. Many leaders carry significant spiritual, emotional, and practical responsibility while feeling as though they have to figure everything out on their own. I want youth leaders throughout Cincinnati to know that they do not have to lead alone.

My desire is to help create a culture in which leaders pray for one another, learn from one another, celebrate one another, and work together for the good of the next generation.

WHAT THIS WORK LOOKS LIKE

In my role as Cincinnati Coordinator, I will:

  • Build trusted relationships with youth ministry leaders across Cincinnati
  • Mentor, encourage, and coach leaders personally
  • Strengthen existing ministry networks and help new relationships form
  • Create opportunities for collaboration, training, and shared resources
  • Help churches work together to serve students throughout our city
  • Encourage leaders to remain spiritually healthy and faithful to their calling

WHY THIS MATTERS

I am passionate about this work because investing in a youth leader has a multiplying impact.

When a leader is personally encouraged, professionally equipped, and spiritually strengthened, that investment reaches every student, volunteer, family, and church they serve.

Stronger leaders help create healthier ministries, and healthier ministries are better positioned to help young people be changed by the story of Jesus.

I have spent much of my ministry helping leaders recognize their gifts, grow in their calling, and understand that they are part of something larger than their own church or organization.

Serving with NNYM gives me the opportunity to make that investment a central part of my work and to help cultivate a stronger, more connected youth ministry community throughout Cincinnati.

PARTNER WITH THE WORK IN CINCINNATI

Your partnership helps make this work possible.

I am inviting friends, families, churches, and ministry partners to join me through prayer and financial support.

Your generosity provides the foundation for me to devote focused time to connecting, mentoring, equipping, and encouraging youth leaders across Cincinnati.

Recurring monthly gifts provide stable support for the ongoing work, while one-time gifts help make specific gatherings, training opportunities, resources, and collaborative initiatives possible.

When you support this work, you are investing in more than one person or one ministry. You are helping build a connected community of leaders and churches who share a common desire to see young people know and follow Jesus.

Together, we can help youth leaders thrive, strengthen ministry throughout Cincinnati, and reach the next generation with the hope of the Gospel.

Would you prayerfully consider joining my support team?
