You need coaching; always. Your leadership can continue to grow no matter how long you have been in ministry. You will be better, your volunteers will be better, and your students will receive the best because of it.

Do you feel like you had a mentor / leader in your life during the first few years of your youth ministry role? Why or why not?
Why do you think the older generations just pulled up their boot straps and got after it but Gen Z and Millennials are more willing to being coached and mentored?
Do you think having or selecting a coach/ mentor is better off being structured or more organic in nature?
