Better Teams

LET'S BE HONEST

Building the best team is essential to any successful vision. It's especially true when volunteers are needed. Recruiting volunteers is often a top need, but requires the most energy from us as it is not our favorite part of ministry.

How do we challenge people to give their all when we are relying fully on their own idea of commitment and involvement?

1. What is the most epic concert you've ever been to?
2. What is one cartoon that you loved growing up?
3. Do you have a good story of when you got lost?
