What does a coach do?
When someone starts a ministry network, a coach agrees to walk the new coordinator(s) through four steps to help them implement healthy networking priorities in their community. NNYM has two types of coaches: NNYM Team Members serve the networks within a geographic region and Coaches are Key Leaders who serve local coordinators
Guide through the launch of their network
Connect network coordinators in the area/region
Discuss strategize for needed local trainings or resources
Share local networking opportunities regional and national summits, forums, and conferences
Model a network with the coordinator
