Peer coaches are NNYM members who are not responsible for overseeing a geographic area, but still agree to invest in selected network leaders.
Peer coaches coach and encourage network coordinators through a handful of steps to orient, mentor and support them toward the goal of leading a healthy ministry network.
Peer coaches make a commitment level that fits the amount of time they're available.
Peer coaches help fill gaps where no area/state/regional coordinator has volunteered to oversee an area served by a new network.
Peer coaches are very familiar with the QuickStart, InDepth, and other NNYM resources available to help a coordinator lead a healthy ministry network in their community, and integrate into relationships within their region with other coordinators.
Peer coaches apply and report to a regional coordinator or the NNYM national service center on the progress of their relationship with each coordinator they serve. They keep track of their coaching by recording notes of the progress online.
