What hacks have you discovered in this area that have worked well?
Plus One leadership not only requires knowing where you are in ministry, but where you are going and casting the vision for what is next. Do you feel your ministry's vision is compelling enough to cause others to want to jump in?
Is there someone that you know that could give honest feedback about your vision casting as a leader?
