NNYM trains coaches, using both in-person and web-based training. Coaches work with local coordinators in partnership with regional coordinators and national staff. We're better together!
Field coordinators and peer coaches serve as Network Coaches, working closely with the regional coordinator in their part of the country as a team, participating in training summits, forums, and strategy meetings to build the movement.
How will we train you?
We want to equip you to coach others to have the commitment, character, competencies and connections they need for starting and building healthy ministry networks. Through training you will recieve:

The Network is continually finding & developing tools and resources to help network coaches, including topics such as:
Guiding local network coordinators:
Guiding leaders through the Launch & Network Leaders Guide
Assessing a network's needs using the "Discovering the Strength of Your Network" tool
Learning best practices from other healthy networks
Strategizing to help coordinators build a core team
Helping local Networks develop a Community Action Plan:

Tools for coaches will be continually developed, revised and improved as needed. Not all the above are fully implemented. Some are being developed.
