Accelerate will gather leaders to focus on reaching every high school and middle school student in the nation with the gospel. Because people there will be focused on thinking through strategies to reach and equip students in their community, or through their denomination/ministry organization, this gathering provides a unique place for you to influence others. But how?
- Get informed. Please take two minutes to watch the promo video. Go here to get an Accelerate one-page fact sheet, and links for downloads for video, fliers and the Accelerate website.
- Invite someone to go with you. Who is your "Timothy"? Why not ask God to show you someone you can influence by spending the time at the conference to mentor them. Think back…who invested in you? Where would you be today if someone hadn't taken the time to pour into your life? Is it time to "pay it forward"?
- Prepare to share. Accelerate is an interactive environment where every leader brings something special to the table. Those "tables" will include the sessions with other youth leaders, meals, and even breaks. If you have a strategy that works to reach students, people will be eager to hear. But you won't be able to share unless you are there.
Remember, Accelerate is one summit in two parts.
Part one, Nov. 10-12, will unite leaders from student-focused ministries from all over the US, uniting to reach students.
Part two, Nov. 12-13, is for network leaders, to share ideas, equip and coach you with a personal plan to use your ministry and network to maximize your impact for Christ in your community.
