Networking as a Part-time Leader

Phillip Ball - October 5, 2020

How do I network youth leaders when I already have so many jobs?

If you are co-vocational, multi career or part-time in youth ministry, you already live in multiple worlds. Church, family, work, social life and sometimes even school all compete for your precious time. How do you do it all?

We care about you and your efforts to reach teenagers together in your community. We are here to help you build healthy networks and coach leaders to be healthy. We built a team of veteran part-time and bi-vocational network leaders to train you to unite leaders in your community. There is almost 200 years of ministry experience on our Network team. On Saturday October 24th, 9 am Pacific time, we invite you to a one-hour interactive training on three essential tools for building youth leader networks. Here are just some of the topics we will cover.

  • Recruiting potential network members through vision-casting and values

  • Multiplying your ministry effort through cooperative leadership

  • How to balance strategy and relationships

  • How to create a healthy environment for volunteers in your network

  • How to prioritize prayer, relationships, strategies and resources

  • Developing your action plan to stay on track

  • Sharing resources from abundance even when there never seems enough

If you are interested you can contact me to get the Zoom invite and training materials. You will come away equipped and encouraged to unite leaders and volunteers in your community!
