Last year our friends over at Download Youth Ministry piloted an event called the National Day of Volunteer Youth Ministry Training (NDOVYMT). 

It was pretty RAD! 

One price to train all your volunteers at a 3-hour volunteer training event via pre-recorded video. Thousands of youth ministries across North America gathered at local 'host' sites (and brought their volunteers), on the same day, to watch a TED-Talk-style training from the leading voices in youth ministry and discuss the ideas together.
