About Wayne
Wayne has been serving students alongside his wife, Karen, since 2000. A veteran in youth ministry, Wayne brings a wealth of experience from rural churches, parachurch organizations, multi-site ministries, and urban settings. He is also a highly sought-after speaker for camps and conferences across the country.
As the Vice President of Ministry for the National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM), Wayne leads staff development efforts and serves as a passionate advocate for church-community partnerships in Northeast Pennsylvania. He is a regular contributor to NNYM's blog and one of the co-hosts of the NNYM podcast.
