It is no secret that youth leaders tend to minister in isolation. With many churches operating with volunteer or one-person pastors, there are no natural places that leaders will be able to meet other leaders who are in the same trenches. In a profession littered with staff-pressures, young leaders, a lack of resources, and off the charts anxiety, this question rises to the top: how can youth leaders thrive for the long haul in such a demanding role?
We believe that the answer lies within the power of bringing youth leaders together.

Our Vision and Mission
Jonny helps advance NNYM's mission in three ways:
Equip Nationally
- Developing resources to help churches effectively reach teens with the Gospel.
- Contributing to national initiatives alongside partner organizations.
- Creating and facilitating trainings for youth leaders to sharpen their skills.
Collaborate Locally
- Investing in youth leaders across the Greater Philadelphia area, encouraging their calling and endurance.
- Galvanizing youth leaders to create stronger networks.
- Seeking out and supporting those serving in isolation.
Reach this generation
- Preaching at retreats, camps, chapels, and conferences to inspire students to chase after Jesus.
- Organizing events that bring students together from various church backgrounds.
- Leading the Union Network, a modeal for a multi-church, community-wide youth group.
By equipping leaders, strengthening local ministries, and reaching students, Jonny expense all of his efforts to disciple the next generation.
